Why did I choose it ?

“It is this sentence from Ryan Cramer, beloved boss/leader in the ProcessWire nebula, which best explains why I chose this CMS-CMF to continue my website publishing work.

So far, in more than twenty years of practice, I only use CMS which are very practical when you don't know how to code, but the concern is to integrate an external program unless we are an ace in integration in everything case stuck in webmastering.

And I'm neither. ;-)

So, I spent my time, a lot of time, trying out its CMS to see if it gave me what I needed or chasing "bits of code" that I put together as luck would have it, little by little. little specialist in hacks inventing programs that worked or not and that amused me a lot.

One day, a friend told me.

If you had spent as much time learning PHP as testing these CMS, now you would be the king of the world.

And then, I discovered ProcessWire.

Of course, I have to learn PHP but I will finally be able to integrate my programs and that, few of my brothers can do it.
